Open Field Training provides athletic training content for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in football training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any training programs, drills, or activities provided through Open Field Training.

NO MEDICAL ADVICE
Content provided through Open Field Training does not constitute medical, physical therapy, or professional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any training program.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
All coaches, trainers, contributors, and instructors affiliated with Open Field Training operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Open Field Training.

No individual providing services through Open Field Training receives a W-2. Independent contractors are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, certifications, and legal compliance.

Open Field Training does not supervise or control the specific training methods or instruction provided by independent contractors and is not liable for their actions or omissions.

INDEMNIFICATION
Independent contractors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Field Training from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, drills, systems, trademarks, and materials—including Open Field Training™ and Skill Moves System™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Open Field Training and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

NO GUARANTEES
Results are not guaranteed. Performance outcomes vary based on individual effort, consistency, and physical condition.

MINORS
Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Open Field Training.

TERMINATION
Open Field Training reserves the right to terminate access to services at its sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
